RESCUE IN PROGRESS: 07/29/13 Adopted!
Dog Name: Banjo – Location: Dropped off at the shelter – Sex: Male – Breed: Terrier mix – EDB: 11/23/11 Condition: Banjo was dropped off very dirty with mange, a skin infection, severe anemia, and ehrlichia(an infection of the white blood cells). Treatment: He is currently on multiple antibiotics and has been treated for fleas, ticks, parasites, and mange. It’s going to take at least 60 days to get rid of all the infections.
Updated info and photos 10/5/13:We are pleased to announce that Banjo has recovered from all his infections and is now available for adoption!
